To celebrate one year of Low FODMAP Life this month, I am doing some weekly highlight posts of the best recipes on the blog. This week is a few of the best low FODMAP vegetarian, vegan/plant-based quick dinners from the past year.
Making low FODMAP food from scratch can be time consuming. Having simple, healthy recipes that are easy to pull together on a weeknight is essential for me. Here are some of my favourite quick and easy dinner recipes that I have created. All of them can be prepared in around 30 minutes or less.
All the low FODMAP quick dinner recipes are vegetarian with plant-based/vegan and gluten-free options. Each recipe has elements that can be stored and used as leftovers. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have!
